We begin by understanding the client’s vision, needs, and budget through a comprehensive consultation process. Whether remote or in person, we gather all the necessary information to lay the foundation for the project.
Team WH brainstorms and develops initial concepts, presenting multiple options to the client. We create sketches and digital mockups to ensure that the design aligns with the client's expectations.
Using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max and Lumion, we bring the concepts to life through detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations. This stage includes continuous client feedback to refine the design.
Our skilled team produces technical documentation and BIM models to ensure that every detail is covered for construction, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
We engage in regular review sessions with the client to incorporate any revisions and ensure complete satisfaction.
Once the design is approved, all deliverables are prepared and provided in the required format. Our team ensures smooth handover, supporting the client through the construction phase as needed.
